As i can see it is connected to OpenSea? Can i trade my opensea items here? I have lots of NFT with low popularity on opensea and looking for another place to start

Yes they use Opensea blockchain. I think you can not trade the same items on different platfroms

Yes they use Opensea blockchain. I think you can not trade the same items on different platfroms
You can resell the purchased items anywhere

I think you cannot trade items form Opensea. Its not worth it since commisions here are bigger than on opensea itself
