No it is working. I have waited like 40 minutes when i left my computer open and went minding my own stuff and when i came beack it opened up

I havent expirienced this but this sounds really crazy... check your PC settings

PC doesnt even matter. Just clear you cache and browse it with faster internet

My PC is fine but its lagging ...
