Because these gas fee free options ar a bigger scam and waste of money than the gas fee itself

What do you mean? You just dont like the concept of gas fees?

I know this may look pretty ridiculous and not worth asking this question here but who knows the best service to convert btc to cad I need it very urgently and preferably there was a satisfactory commission, not some 20% as I could find.
