How to be the best trader in forex?

We need to make sure we become a trader first since I see and feel very upset about traders, not trading but purely gambling, so our first step has to be trading instead of gambling. Once we achieve this feat, we can automatically get into the race to become good; we can’t be the best overnight; it takes years and years, and the one who can put in the regular effort will achieve it. I have been in this business for the past five years, and luckily, I have been with just one company, Vinson Financials. I had a pretty straightforward journey. I am today a good trader, but to be the best or near that level, I believe I need at least another 4-5 years.
