I think its probably impossible beacuse you already charge ETH commision for using that platform and its pretty clear they don't need donation system. They want the trading process to be as free as possible, its the concept of blockchain
No you can enable the process by depositing money in ETH this is real and very clear process of donation that happens in all games
But i haven't found any button or tool to make this happen and donate directly to the game

Just play it and in the game process it will ask you to pay and fasten the process of healing

You dont have to have any of ETH. It is possible without any cash

You might need to have some ETH just in case of trading. But to upgrade a kitty you dont need any money
