Users will be able to create Game Cards for free the regular MLBC Season, which means there will be no need for blockchain transactions to create or edit Game Cards. All of this will be now handled off chain for smoother and quicker Game Card edits.
The Game Card now has a bench and bullpen to accommodate more MLBC Figures. This is one of the biggest changes we’ve made to MLBC and will factor in greatly for Gameplay.
In addition to the starting 9 MLBC Figures, you can place up to 6 bench and 7 bullpen MLBC Figures onto the Game Card for a total of 22. The bullpen is limited to only Pitchers, while Figures of all other positions are eligible for the bench. Users are still able to play “Anywhere” position Figures at any position on the Game Card. (They will, however, be filtered to the bench/bullpen if they are placed in one of the 9 starting positions.)

Users are now able to place any MLBC Figure onto the Game Card, in any position they choose. The game will actively shift the MLBC Figures around when the live game begins to try and match the MLBC Figure on the Game Card to the Live MLB Player on the field. This was a limiting factor last season, as Live MLB Players would often play multiple positions throughout the season.
Users will be limited to placing only 1 unique MLB ID Figure onto the field. For example, you can only play one Aaron Judge on the field. You can, however, fill your bench and bullpen with duplicate MLB ID Figures. So you can fill your bench with 6 other Aaron Judge MLBC Figures if you choose to. This would mainly be for inheritance and rarity points, as only the active Aaron Judge on the field will earn Game Card points. If the user plays multiple of the same figure on their bench without having one on the field, and that live MLB Player enters the game, the game will automatically use the highest rarity MLBC Figure to play on the field to earn points.
This season, users can choose up to 5 Game Events they think their team will complete for the game. The Game Events list will be from all of the MLBC Figures you have on the Game Card. Users can’t choose multiple of the same Game Event.
Image
After selecting up to 5 Game Events, users will then choose which of the MLB Players they think will complete each of the Game Events. This is used for chances at the end of game rewards. For Game Events like 5 run game, as long as the player selected gets 1 run out of the 5, it will count.

New game is fun. The music is bad so I hope they make option to turn it off and keep sound effects. Tutorial is also kinda clunky. Once you get going it is very fun. A great game for baseball fans stuck inside without sports to watch. When the season starts this game will be even more fun.

I though it was an action game not a card game. Or is it completely different one?
