What are Your Thoughts on Metaverse Real Estate?

Mention: millions are being spent on Metaverse real estate, and its value is expected to rise. Mention: Brands and celebrities seem to be buying Metaverse land as a way to advertise or to host events. Would you guys ever consider buying real estate on a Metaverse like Sandbox or XANA.
