What do people look for in NFT utility?

As we know, the NFT market is saturated with thousands of collections, but what's one thing that can really separate them?
The first thing I think of is utility. Similar to cryptocurrencies, a large motivation for people to buy are the use-cases. For example, let's say there's a collection of 1000 apes,
if those are solely just jpgs of apes then where's the long-term motivation for a collector? Then let's say that collection of apes plans to help plant trees across jungles & rainforests,
they're now giving the community reason to get behind the project.

Here at our project ISOPads, our utility goes further.
As we've announced to our community, we are reaching out to several homeless communities to do our part in giving back. On a lighter note,
we are also adding the ability for collectors to visit their ISOPads in an online environment further down the road!
